Do we have to get on a call?

No. We can talk through your project by email. If something technical comes up, we’ll figure out the easiest way to handle it.

Is the homepage preview free?

Yes, there’s no charge to ask. We review each request first and let you know if we can put together a free preview. We can’t promise one for every inquiry.

Are the demo websites real client projects?

No. All five demos are fictional examples of what we can build. The business names, sample services, prices and illustrations are for demonstration, not real client projects or customer results.

Do you build websites for other types of businesses?

Yes. The demos are just examples, not a list of the only industries we serve. We build websites for all kinds of small businesses. Tell us what you do and what you need your website to do, and we’ll confirm the right scope and options by email.

Will the website bring me more customers?

A good website helps, but it can’t guarantee new customers. Our job is to make your business easy to understand and easy to contact.

Does the price include my domain and hosting?

Usually those are separate. We’ll tell you about any domain, hosting or other paid services before you agree to anything.

What do I pay upfront?

We’ll send a written quote first. Projects typically start with a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before launch, if that’s what we agree to in writing.
